Prize Redemption

Bring your photo ID and proceed to the Powersports shop entrance. (Left side of the building. Follow the signs!) Join the queue with all the other lucky winners! We have a lot of amazing prizes, so wait times could be significant. Rest assured we will get to everyone as quickly as possible! Be sure to have your prize reference number or order number ready to help expedite the process!

Thanks for supporting the KY Elk & Outdoor Fest! We are excited that you won one of our amazing prizes! 

Please come to the Bardstown KYGUNCO location during our normal operating hours (Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to claim your prize. 

Head over to the Gun Counter and pull a number. Once your number is called, let your firearm expert know that you are here to redeem a prize from the festival. They will need your photo ID and your prize/order number to start the process.

Please send us an email at info@kygunco.com. Provide your prize reference number OR your order number, your name, address, phone number, and your preferred FFL dealer. NOTE: Your information will need to match what you provided when you purchased your ticket. Someone from our customer service team will be in touch with you as soon as possible in order to complete your prize claim.
